ClassDojo allows us to send out whole school messages, class specific messages and individual parent messages.  More than one parent can also sign up if you want to forward this email on.

We use ClassDojo as a secure, school-managed way for staff to share key dates and messages, class news, homework, and learning highlights with parents. ClassDojo will not be used for safeguarding, medical, pastoral or attendance messages - in these instances please follow the usual contact method which is through the school office or by speaking to your child's class teacher face to face. 

Key points:

• Only school-managed ClassDojo accounts will be used. Staff are trained in safeguarding and professional boundaries. 
• Class posts may include class updates, learning samples and photos; staff will not post pupil full names with images. 
• Messages and media may be monitored and retained under our Data Protection & Retention Policy. Content indicating safeguarding concerns will be moved to the pupil's safeguarding record. 
• ClassDojo is NOT a means of messaging any school staff. 
• If you do not consent to your child appearing in ClassDojo galleries we will provide class updates by alternative means.
